When things are not the way it is supposed to be, overthinking and overreacting takes place. It is preferable to make the most of that moment because everything relies on the moments we share and live. Similarly, exams should also be taken as a thrill and not as something out of the world. Let’s take a quick break from reality and imagine a fantasy world, a world full of hope, desire, and some chocolates? We can create our fantasy within reality, but the important question is how? These types of questions confuse everyone and towards the end all they leave us with regret and tears, so forget the ‘how’ and train ourselves for it. For accomplishing your aims and goals, it’s essential to maintain harmony and peace because it will keep you going. All you have to do is sit back and relax!
EXAMS AND CHILL
When you’re in an awful hurry and haven’t time to spare and everything’s a worry
You’re rushing here and there, take a deep breath and slow down. Stop being harsh on yourself. Exams are just a way to turn the tables. Focus on who you are and what you want from yourself, worrying won’t get you anywhere. As an individual we all are hyped up with the exam situation and panic attacks are common, but that’s not it. We are likely to face all this with courage and with full confidence because we are self-sufficient and we will stick to it.
Let’s focus on how to couple up with the examination week. Not everyone is capable enough to get an A in exams, even after studying for months and weeks. Ever wondered, why is that so? Why are we headed so back while others are not? This is all because of the unwanted and unnecessary stress we take.
The best way to get good grades is not to burden yourself with other stuff while studying, focus on one thing at one time. You’re not supposed to study all day every day, it’s important to revise daily but with some limitations which is you are required to study for 2-3 hours straight but with entire concentration distracting yourself will only create confusions and you’ll end up exaggerating yourself when the exam is near.
The fun way to tackle your exhausted mind is to chill out with friends, family, or with a comfortable company a night before your exam. This will lead towards 2 benefits. First, your mind will consume all the details you learned because the mind takes time to absorb the information you gained in previous hours. You will be fresh the next day and your mind will be alert. Chilling out is only preferred when you feel you’ve had enough for the day and can’t take it anymore.
This is the call for you to keep your books aside and focus on some me-time- escape from studies. Sometimes we forget that pressuring ourselves towards something against our choice is equal to dragging ourselves into danger, which will last for as long as you can. So, instead of biting your nails when exams are near, start preparing yourself for change and start thinking in fantasy through believing in yourself with a little spice of relaxation and fun.
The world is full of worries and despair, so let’s not let this negativity affect our plans. Follow your heart to have a life full of tarts and CHILL!!
