Make Room For Something New In Life

By: Maha Ali Rizvi

So many people want their lives to change. If you’re reading this, you’re probably one of them. You’re tired of being in a rut, tired of being tired, tired of having so many responsibilities and so little fulfillment. How do you break out of the rut?

By creating a dedicated “empty” space in your life. When you successfully hit the pause button and step off the hamster wheel, you’ll be able to see your life from a fresh perspective and finally be able to think about how you might start to make changes

The space you create may be big or small – even an hour in a hectic week may be enough to get started. Please find time for it somehow, and protect that space.

Don’t feel discouraged if ideas or inspirations don’t come right away. It may take developing a regular practice of time on your own for your mind (and life) to begin to truly relax and let inspiration and new ideas come in to play.

Learning improves you and sets an agenda for you which helps you sail through almost anything. If you are an avid learner, the odds are you reach the success ladder at a rate of knots. It takes you through various experiences, good and bad, which are essential to breeze through the currents of life. There is no gainsaying the fact that learning holds an important place in our lives. The cranial capacity of a person who is into learning new things is more than a normal person. You get intellectually stimulated when you move in social circles pigging out for knowledge. It inspires

others around you and you, become full of conviction.

When you "pull the thumb," you take accountability. You are shifting your perspective from "blame" to "ownership." You are allowing yourself to open up and see opportunity instead of oppression. This same theory goes for everything: work, personal relationships, even the way you feel about yourself. If you feel like you aren't learning anything, that is nobody's fault but yours. It's on you to create moments of growth and opportunity. It's on you to pay attention to the little things around you. It's on you to create your own gaps, and it's on you to take your own leaps of faith. Growth is rarely the result of the people in your vicinity. Growth is the result of how you utilize the people around you, and create opportunities for yourself.

We have the power to decide what we let go of and what we hold on to, and those decisions will eventually shape the trajectories of our lives. If you hold on to a job that you do not love for too long, it can have a negative affect on your happiness and overall well being, but if you let go of it, even if it is scary and slightly sad to do so, you are opening up your life for other possibilities and experiences that there was not any room for before. Letting go of something that you truly love or care about, or just something that provides your comfort, is truly difficult. Keep in mind; all people struggle with this at some point in their lives. Be kind to yourself, and forgive yourself

if you are having a difficult time letting go of something that no longer serves you well. When people take up new activities, they get in touch with the number of people and friendship expands. Different communities and cultures let you know more about them and their people. You connect on another level, expanding your knowledge horizon. Experiences come along when you try new things. Sticking to the same thing won’t bring you new experiences. Henceforth, it is necessary to learn new skills at work to get new experiences.

Innovative ideas attract everyone. People begin to keep you company in order to learn novel things from you, to extract opinions on topics and you become the cynosure of all eyes. Learning lends you an inquisitive eye and a curious mind. You are sure to become a hot favorite among your coterie if you keep this mojo going.

For example during the lockdown period, I did a lot of things that usually makes me happy but learning something new was quite exciting and was a different experience. Even if its decluttering your old items or tossing your expired makeup or learning a new hack on YouTube. It’s like discovering a new ocean inside you. This will not only give you a sense of pride but eventually make you an allrounder. Soon there would be nothing that you do not know how to do or you wouldn’t do because you don’t know it. Learning makes you fearless and gives you a lot of confidence. And that is why my parents always says,

“Never underestimate the power of Knowledge” and “Never stop Learning.”

Some wise words that are imprinted in my heart, and I will pass on to generation.

Over the years I’ve grown holistically when I started learning new things along with my Education (obviously, education plays the most important role and so as the institution); it adds icing on the cake to your personal growth. It makes you more confident when you dole out information to people or groups you are a part of, and deepens your knowledge. Your reticence goes to the winds, and you emerge as a bold person.

Life is all about learning new things. In addition to that professional life’s success also depends on learning new skills. Adapting new skills in professional life gives you a sense of accomplishment. Along with you, know your worth and the works you can do. Your new opportunities are created, it makes you feel important, it motivates you. You can improve yourself for the better. It also gives you access to new and different chances. You can develop yourself, and that is growth. When you are learning new skills, you can adapt yourself to any situation.

This gives you a sense of accomplishment. Along with you, know your worth and the works you can do Your new opportunities are created, it makes you feel important, it motivates you. Learning skills make you a new person in every other way. If you fail in any work, try to adopt some skills that are related to that work, it will give you an advantage.

LEARN NEW THINGS, EVERYDAY! YOU LIVE ONLY ONCE! SO LIVE IT FULLY!
