We can’t justify talent on the basis of gender or intelligence. Talent is always hidden inside everyone, just a little polish is required. Talent could be in vast variety and everyone’s affords are equally appreciated. We may think why talent isn’t seen or comprehend, there could be many reasons. Some like to keep everything private, some have imagination based talent, some have power and so on. Ever wonder if all these people come together in one place and think out of the box? How amazing things will turn out.
Sometimes judgments are based on talents and experiences, it's like one may be talented but without any experience is considered as a failure and on the other hand if someone has ample amount of experience without any talent is known to be superior.
Discovering your talent is a promise to yourself in terms of establishing and grooming. Talents are not restricted; they can be in anyone and could be any kind of talent. For instance, a lower staff member reading books in the university library shows his interest and skills he developed throughout but was just waiting for one single chance. If we look around we’d find many of these people with lack of motivation and chance and it’s our duty to encourage them, to show some gratitude. Knowing about skills and talents are essential because that’s how you’ll actually be able to justify and define yourself. Talent is a new world to many of us, we not only feel ambitious but also feel confident enough.
Confidence comes through exposures and talents without these one may seem to be backwards. People sometimes conjecture that how they know what’s their actual hidden talent and that’s okay. It’s completely acceptable for one to be confused about themselves. It's how we learn from our mistakes, how we believe that we do not settle for less and to be honest one must be proud of themselves for not being less and searching for more. Some baby steps we should take for the start, firstly keep your head high even if you aren’t aware about certain things, still be bold and adventurous enough to learn it from others and enhance yourself. Next thing, you need to have firm belief in what you are planning and stick to it no matter how many hustles you’ll face you’ve to complete that task.
Although people lose their self-esteem in search of talent they think lowest about themselves which is understandable because a failure knows the worth of achievements but this shouldn’t be your motto for lifetime, bad days are also part of your success. Success comes to those who believe in bad days and work for changing them in wonderful ways. Success could be your talent hunt or your fulfilment of one.
Even when we feel saddened about our situation we should consider the other's situation like a handicap is more capable of doing multiple tasks and You? You’re astonishing, yes comparison kills everything inside us so let it all be out and learn but never compare your talents with others, it varies all around. Showing interest in one’s talent is a way to boost their level, to feel someone’s sense of belonging also guides you towards reality.
Never be afraid of new circumstances, we all are here to be the best versions we shouldn’t be left aside with our adverse thoughts! Chill out, you’ll find your way no matter what.
